SophosAI is in private beta. This page describes, plainly, what happens to the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

The beta request form asks for your name, email, optional company or project, and a description of what you'd use SophosAI for. That's it. The public site uses Google Analytics so we can understand basic traffic and button engagement while we improve the beta experience.

How it's used

• Your request is delivered to contact@sophosai.app via FormSubmit, a form-to-email relay, and lives in our inbox.
• We use it only to follow up about SophosAI beta access and to understand what to build.
• We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to any list beyond beta correspondence.

Studio boundary

The future logged-in SophosAI Studio will live separately from this public marketing site. User accounts, workspace files, agent runs, and Fly.io-backed runtime state belong behind Studio login, not in this public website.

Third parties

Form delivery passes through FormSubmit, analytics uses Google Analytics, and page fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers may see standard request metadata such as IP address, browser, and page URL as part of serving those requests.

Removal
