Privacy

Last updated October 2026. This page covers this website only: what happens to what you send us here. The product itself will have its own privacy policy before it launches.

1. What we collect

The waitlist asks for your email address and nothing else.

2. How it's used

Your email is delivered to our inbox at hoagie@neuroploy.app through FormSubmit, a form-to-email relay, and stays there. We use it only to tell you when there's room for you and to send you news about SophosAI. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add it to anyone else's list.

3. Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we can improve it.

4. Third parties

FormSubmit delivers the form, Google Analytics measures traffic, and Vercel hosts the site. Like any website, these services see standard request details such as your IP address, browser and the page you're on.

5. Earlier beta requests

If you sent a beta request through our earlier form, this page covers it too.

6. Removal

Want your email or request deleted? Write to hoagie@neuroploy.app and we'll remove it.
